Express Event Staff

Express event staff will be paid $50 for a day long contract.

Coordinator

Payment for EFY Coordinators is $650 for a week-long contract.

Returning Coordinators will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of $700 for a week-long contract.

Building Counselor

Payment for EFY Building Counselors is $550 for a week-long contract.

Returning Building Counselors will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of $600 for a week-long contract.

Health Counselor

Payment for EFY Health Counselors is $525 for a week-long contract.

Returning Health Counselors will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of  $575 for a week-long contract.

Health Counselor applications will be closing on March 1, 2018.

Returning counselors will be paid $500 for a week long contract.

PLEASE NOTE

  • EFY is looking for Returning Counselors who are available for 8 or 9 weeks.
  • Returning Counselors should be available to work a minimum of 2 weeks during peak staffing needs. If you can only work 2 weeks, you must be available to work week 6 (July 1-7) AND one of the following peak weeks:
  • Week 2 (June 3-9)
  • Week 7 (July 8-14)
  • Week 10 (July 29-Aug.4)
  • Applicants who are not available to work at least 2 peak weeks (including week 6) will not have their applications processed.

Counselors will be paid $475 for a week long contract.

  • EFY is looking for Counselors who are available for 8 or 9 weeks.

Speaker

First year speakers are hired on a one year trial basis for evaluation to ensure their fit and compatibility with the EFY program.

Speakers are hired on a year-to-year basis and session assignments can fluctuate depending upon need.

New applicants (S&I applicants included):

You will need to apply if you have never worked for EFY before as a speaker or a session director, or if you did not speak or direct in the last year.

If an applicant is or has been involved with the EFY program as a counselor, building counselor, health counselor or coordinator, they are requireded to wait four years from their last year of employment to apply for a speaking position.
