2019 Season

Applcations for female Counselor will close on January 31, 2019.

 

There is an update on the EFY Travel Policy, in regards to reimbursements:

Reimbursement for meals missed while traveling to and from campus locations (Breakfast: $6; Lunch: $7; Dinner: $10). If no meals are missed during travel provided by EFY, there are no reimbursements.

 

Updates on pay for 2019 EFY positions will increase to the following amounts per week:

  • Payment for EFY Coordinators is $650 for a week-long contract. Returning Coordinators will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of $700 for a week-long contract.
  • Payment for EFY Building Counselors & Health Counselors is $550 for a week-long contract. Returning Building Counselors & Health Counselors will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of $600 for a week-long contract.
  • Returning Counselors will be paid $500 for a week-long contract.
  • Counselors will be paid $475 for a week-long contract.

 

Peak Week Availability

  • Returning Counselors must be available to work a minimum of two weeks during the summer. If you can only work for a few weeks, your availability must coincide with EFY peak enrollment dates (including June 30-July 6, July 7-13, or another peak week, as determined by EFY).
  • New Counselors must be available to work a minimum of three weeks during the summer. If you can only work for a few weeks, your availability must coincide with EFY peak enrollment dates (including June 30-July 6, July 7-13, and one additional peak week as determined by EFY).
